Warehouse software that always knows what's really in stock
InTakt is warehouse software for companies that have outgrown Excel: run multiple warehouses, see physical, reserved and available stock for every item in real time, and handle receipts, issues and stock counts by scanning barcodes on a phone.
Everything a warehouse needs, connected to sales and purchasing
- Multiple warehouses, zones and bin locations in one system
- Exact available stock: physical minus reserved, no guessing
- FIFO and weighted average cost (WAC)
- Batch, lot and serial number tracking
- Mobile barcode scanning for receiving, transfers and stock counts
- Zone-based stock counts without shutting the whole warehouse
- Minimum-stock alerts with suggested supplier orders
- Transfers between warehouses and reservations for work orders
Real scenario
The warehouse manager opens the morning view: 847 active items across two warehouses. Copper pipe 15 mm: 340 physical, 47 reserved for open work orders, 293 available. Three items are below minimum stock, so one click creates a purchase request. Purchasing is notified before the shortage turns into a delay.

For companies that hold stock and can't afford to get it wrong
- Wholesale and distribution with several warehouses
- Manufacturers consuming material on work orders
- Installation and service companies with stock in vans and on site
- Retailers whose warehouse must match the till
How is InTakt different from running a warehouse in Excel?
Excel doesn't know what is reserved for open orders and work orders, so the spreadsheet and the shelf drift apart. InTakt posts every receipt, issue and reservation immediately and calculates available stock as physical minus reserved, for every item and warehouse.
Can I manage multiple warehouses and locations?
Yes. You can run several warehouses, each with zones and bin locations, and move goods between them with transfer notes. Each warehouse has its own stock and its own stock count.
Does barcode scanning work on a phone?
Yes. Receiving, transfers between warehouses and stock counts can be done by scanning barcodes in the InTakt mobile app for Android and iOS.
Does InTakt support batches, lots and serial numbers?
Yes. Where needed, you track the batch, lot or serial number from receipt to issue, with FIFO or weighted average cost.
Is the warehouse connected to sales, purchasing and accounting?
Yes. Customer orders reserve stock, delivery notes reduce it, and minimum stock levels trigger purchase requests. Movements post to accounting automatically if you use that module too.
Do I have to roll out the whole system at once?
No. InTakt is modular: start with the warehouse and add sales, work orders, POS or accounting later, without re-entering data.
