1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the iNTAkt operations platform ("iNTAkt", "the Platform") operated by Ban Technologies d.o.o., Velika Gorica, Croatia ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account or using iNTAkt, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

2. Description of Service

iNTAkt is a connected operations platform for manufacturers, installers, and project-driven businesses. The Platform includes modules for CRM and sales, project management, work orders and tasks, warehouse management, procurement, and analytics. iNTAkt is available as a web application and a mobile application for iOS and Android.

3. Eligibility

iNTAkt is intended for business use. You must be at least 18 years old and have the authority to bind your organization to these Terms. By registering, you represent that you meet these requirements.

4. Account Registration & Security

  • You must provide accurate, complete information during registration
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
  • You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account
  • You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account
  • We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these Terms

5. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

  • Use iNTAkt for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Platform
  • Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Platform
  • Transmit malware, viruses, or other harmful code
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Platform's infrastructure
  • Scrape, harvest, or collect data from the Platform by automated means
  • Share your login credentials with unauthorized individuals
  • Use the Platform in a way that could damage, disable, or impair its operation

6. Your Data

You retain full ownership of all operational data you enter into iNTAkt — including projects, work orders, tasks, inventory records, procurement data, and any other business information. We do not claim any intellectual property rights over your data. We will not access your data except as necessary to provide the service, resolve technical issues, or comply with legal obligations. Upon termination, you may request an export of your data.

7. Our Intellectual Property

The Platform — including its design, code, features, documentation, trademarks, and visual elements — is owned by Ban Technologies d.o.o. and protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any ownership rights in the Platform. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use iNTAkt in accordance with these Terms.

8. Service Availability

We strive to keep iNTAkt available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Platform may be temporarily unavailable due to:

  • Scheduled maintenance (we will provide advance notice when possible)
  • Emergency maintenance or security patches
  • Circumstances beyond our reasonable control

We are not liable for any loss or damage resulting from service interruptions.

9. Fees & Payment

Access to iNTAkt may require a paid subscription. Pricing, billing cycles, and payment terms are specified in your service agreement or on our pricing page. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice. Failure to pay may result in suspension of access.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • iNTAkt is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied
  • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages
  • Our total liability shall not exceed the fees you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim
  • We are not responsible for decisions made based on data displayed in the Platform

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Ban Technologies d.o.o. harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Platform or violation of these Terms.

12. Termination

  • You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us at hello@intakt-suite.com
  • We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these Terms with notice
  • Upon termination, your right to use the Platform ceases immediately
  • You may request an export of your data within 30 days of termination
  • After the 30-day grace period, your data will be permanently deleted

13. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Croatia. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved by the competent courts in Zagreb, Croatia.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes at least 30 days in advance through the Platform or by email. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

15. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force and effect.
